Rule 20
Forest area available
(1) The government of Nepal may provide forest area through the Bolakbol custom for the specified area and period under the conditions specified in the action plan and to the national or international governmental or non-governmental organizations for forest development work.
(2) The use of the forest produce in the forest area provided as per sub-rule (1) shall be as mentioned in this paragraph.
